 On 24th December, Christmas Eve, Food for Life proprietors, Nimananda das and Suchitra devi dasi (right), fed lunch to the people of Auckland, and the devotees who performed harinam. They served around 600 plates of free prasadam. The guests enjoyed puris, rice, sabji, chutney, pakoras and a juice.
Nimananda and Suchitra have also recently opened a new factory in Kelston, Auckland, where they prepare and package bhuja, paneer and sweets for wholesale distribution.
They have named their new venture “Gopal’s Sweets & Snacks”.
