*Gopuram looks like a helmet and symbolizes the Lord’s lotus feet. It has the Lord’s lotus feet on the top and is used to give blessings to devotees who come for Darshan. We have ordered a gopuram made from silver/gold and will be installing it on Gaura purnima day. You will have the great fortune to be one of the firsts to be blessed in this way.
Special opportunities are available to render services for the celebration of the auspicious appearance of Lord Caitanya, the most munificent incarnation of the Lord. We need sponsors for the following:
Flowers and decorations $ 501.00
Abhiseka 251.00
Deities bhoga offerings
(full day – 6 offerings) 501.00
Prasadam feast 1501.00 (can be fully or partially)
*Yajna for auspiciousness
In conjunction with the installation of the Gopuram, we will be conducting a special yajna with 5 kundas to invoke auspiciousness. Due to space constraint in the temple room, we are only able to offer 51 couples to participate in the yajna for a donation of $251.00 per person/couple. The feedback to this has been very encouraging and we expect all 51 spots to be taken up very fast. If you are keen to gain special mercy on this auspicious occasion, please call our office 09-4128075 or Madri at 09-4128685 now!
