New sound system for temple |

DVDs of recent performances at the Radha Giridhari temple were sold to raise funds for a new sound system for the temple, by Roneel Naidu and Rohita das.
The total required to purchase the equipment was $4,300. An amount of $4,000 was donated to the fund by the Auckland Nama Hatta groups.
The new system consists of two large speakers, amplifier, four microphones and wiring, and was installed on Rathayatra day, December 2, 2006. Rohita said that they were delighted with the unexpected donation because it did seem that it would take some time to collect the funds.
