Marc Ellis swaps sport for Hare Krishna lifestyle |

 | | Kalasamvara, Marc Ellis and cameraman | Mark Ellis, well known All Black rugby player, businessman and television presenter, will be visiting the Auckland ISKCON community and temple to film a television programme about the lives of Hare Krishna devotees.
Mr Ellis will be filmed for a 10 episode TV2 programme called How the Other Half Lives, and will participate in the activities that devotees engage in. He will also interview people at random, says Kalasamvara a member of the temple Council.
Kalasamvara said that all devotees were invited to attend the temple programmes during filming which would include Friday evening Queen Street harinama, Saturday morning Mangala Arati, and Sunday Feast. Mr Ellis will also be visiting Food for Life Restaurant and the Loft. An initiation was filmed by the television crew on Sunday, April 15 to be included in the programme |
