One of the pioneers of the ISKCON movement was first to pay homage to Srila Prabhupada on Vyasa-Puja day (appearance day) September 8.

Dhananjaya das, who is currently visiting Auckland together with his wife Bala Gopala devi dasi, are disciples of Srila Prabhupada. They are currently managing the restaurant and the famous ISKCON MVT accommodation facility in Vrndavana, India.

A fund raising auction also amused and excited the guests. Ice cream and cakes together with paintings, by the renowned ISKCON artist from Russia, Dina Bandhu das, were enthusiastically bid for.
