What is homogenization? Homogenization is an unnatural process that breaks down butterfat globules so they do not rise to the top of your milk. By doing so the structure of the milk is damaged, so that our bodies have great difficulty in digesting it. Homogenized milk has been linked to heart disease, malabsorption and lactose intolerance. Always try to avoid homogenized milk. Organic pasteurized milk is healthy, easier to digest and better for you!
