Dina Bandhu was responsible for designing a Panca –tattva calendar for distribution at the programmes and the Guru Parampara Picture Altar.
The programmes were simple consisting of an introduction, Damodarastaka prayers, offering of lamps, explanation of Bhagavad-Gita, chanting, and Nrsimha prayers and 1649 guests attended.  Many devotional items and 78 books were distributed, with 73 devotees taking part.  The top performers for the year having booked 26 programmes and conducting 14 were Shanta and Sivam.
Donations were collected amounting to $2,186. A further $420 was collected by selling tickets for the Diwali evening at the Radha Giridhari temple.
One of the highlights was a technology driven programme conducted by Ketan and Lakshmi. They used the internet to communicate with eight family members in Bombay.  The entire programme, performed in Auckland, was transmitted via the internet, and the arati was performed in Bombay.
